Bradshaw blow for Shrews

The 18-year-old has played a key role in Shrews` promotion charge of late, starting the last two games - a 3-1 win at Rotherham and 4-1 triumph over Macclesfield - having come off the bench to bag a late brace against Bradford that sealed three crucial points.

And manager Graham Turner will be hoping he recovers in time for this weekend`s clash at the Recreation Ground.

However, Town have at least seen the end of a sickness bug which swept through the camp last week, with a host of affected players now back to full fitness.

Elsewhere, it has been confirmed Shrewsbury will contest the Shropshire Senior Cup final at the Greenhous Meadow on Wednesday April 27.

Town are set to face Market Drayton after AFC Telford were forced to withdraw due to their promotion aspirations. The historic cup competition has been expanded next year to include Shrews, Telford, Market Drayton and The New Saints.
