The 28-year-old told BBC Radio Shropshire: "I've never really suffered with injuries, so to be out for a month is a shock.
"When you're like a bear with a sore head, you need your family to get you through those times.
"They come to home matches to watch me. It's really good to have them around you to get you through the times that aren't great."
