Player Ratings Vs Exeter

Marshalled his defence well in the opening minutes when Exeter presurised with several corners. I think his kicking has improved only once did he slice a kick yesterday. Seemed to be un-sighted on the second goal, he maybe could have come out and claimed the cross on the first goal.
Rating 7

Peter Wilding
A good cross for the Rodgers goal, but look very vunerable when ran at, but confident going forward. I don't think full back is one of Pete's positions.
Rating 6

Matty Redmile
Another quality performance by Matty. A 'Rock' at the back, and strong when attacking at corners, his goal was typical - from six yards he hit it so hard the family stood behind the goal ducked for cover!
Rating 9 (MAN OF THE MATCH!)

Micky Heathcote
An assured display from Micky. He had Tomlinson and Flack in his pocket, and he didn't miss-time a tackle all game.
Rating 8

Greg Rioch
Not one of Greg's best games, seemed to have a tough time trying to keep Roberts at bay and was beaten all ends up on the build up to their equaliser.
Rating 6

Ian Woan
Another good performance by the Ex-Forest man. It was more of a busy performance than against Halifax. He supported the attackers really well
Rating 7.5

Mark Atkins
Broke up many Exeter attacks did quite well when Roberts drifted into the centre. I was told his pass complition rate was 80% I don't know if I believe that. He played the simple two yard side to side passes well, but at the range of ten to twenty yards failed badly!
Rating 7.5

Karl Murray
Karl didn't seem to get into the game. Didn't see much of him going forward but supported the Midfield well when Woan and Aiston went on bursts up front.
Rating 7

Sam Aiston
I think Sam left his final touch in Salop. He ran at and beat players all afternoon, but lack the killer touch at the most important times and I wish he would stop tackling because he can't!!
Rating 7

Tony Lormor
Held the ball up well and help set up the Redmile goal. Didn't seem to link up with Luke much but battled for every scrap. Kev must sign him up.
Rating 8

Luke Rodgers
A good header from the little man, only his second headed goal all seson. Seemed to be playing very wide, too wide in fact as luke should be running on to things through the middle.
Rating 7.5

Ryan Lowe (On for Tony Lormor)
Chased everything.....What can I say - It was bloody in, i'm telling you!!!!

Jamie Tolley
Didn't seem to be very alert to what was happening. Miss-placed a few passes, need more match practice.
