"With five games to go, it's a five-game season - five big cup finals," the full-back told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"The pressure's building, but we're not looking at anything but third or second position and automatic promotion."
Shrewsbury had won three on the trot before Saturday's setback.
Sadler added: "It's been a strange pattern this season, putting some good wins together before losing at places like Aldershot, and it can't continue.
"We've got time to put what happened at Aldershot right. We'll come out fighting against Stockport [on Saturday], and with three games at home we are geared up for promotion."
