The 20-year-old defender, who joins on a free transfer, has signed a two-and-a-half year contract.
Grandison first arrived from Coventry at the New Meadow on loan in the middle of January and started in all of the Shrews' next three matches, before a hamstring strain kept him out of Friday's 1-0 defeat at Bury.
