OUT!
Kevin Ratcliffe has confirmed that he has released Andy Tretton and Greg Rioch from the playing staff.

Rioch is now looking for a new club dispite having a very good seson for the club, dispite being left out for over a month after getting sent off in Town's 3-1 win against Plymouth.

Some people predicted the shock move after the Fullback was snubbed by Ratcliffe for a starting place after Andy Thompson arrived from Cardiff, but it will have come as a shock to Greg who we think was playing some of the finest football of his career so far.

Tretton on the other hand may well have known what was lurking around the corner for him, he struggled to dis-lodge Mickey Heathcote and Matt Redmile as Ratcliffe's number one Centre Back pairing, dispite a run of composed appearences whilst Mickey Heathcote was out with a back injury.

Josh Walker leaves after not impressing Ratcliffe enough to earn a new contract. The Midfielder played a number of games in Pre-season but didn't do enough to force himself into the first team. A Shoulder injury forced Walker into the Reserve team after a couple of substitute appearences in the First Team.

Kevin Rattcliffe again stated that the moves came down to financial reasons due to the collapse of ITV Digital.
