The Shrews striker joined the Gulls on loan in January on a deal until the end of May, although no clause was included to prevent him from playing against his employers.
Town were on the wrong end of that decision when Robinson bagged a brace in the rout just two months ago, but Turner insists Town's failures that day were of their own making.
"What we did we did to ourselves. So no, that (Robinson`s involvement) is not a concern," said Turner. "It`s us being more disciplined than we were down there."
Speaking about Robinson's availability for the two-legged semi-final, which starts with Saturday's first leg at Plainmoor and concludes at the Greenhous Meadow next Friday, Turner said: "I believe he can play, we'll have to check on the agreement but I understand he's signed until the end of the month."
