Wadsworth: Takes charge on Saturday
Wadsworth joined as Peters' number two in January, and now Town have secured their League Two berth for next season, Peters feels confident leaving Wadsworth in charge.

A number of changes are expected, with Marco Adaggio being tipped to start up front in place of Luke Rodgers, who rejected a new contract this week.

Peters told ShrewsWeb: "It's important that I have to chance to watch players who I maybe bringing in next season, and to see them play in a first team competitive match."

The Town boss confirmed that he had no worries about leaving Wadsworth in charge, "Mick has a lot of experience as manager so there will be no problem with the direction from the bench," he said.

There could also be space in the squad for long term injury absentee Ben Smith, who has not featured since September due to shoulder and hamstring injuries.
