Well that's just grand - Town fined for fracas

The match was Gary Peters' first in charge of the club and Town were charged with:

FA Rule E22a – failure to ensure that its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion

In a hearing this morning, it is reported that both clubs were fined £1000. The match saw Town only pick up one yellow card, for Ryan Lowe, while the visitors had three yellow and two red.

But it is thought Town faced the music after a 15-player melee just before half time.

The match saw referee Mr Evans, hit the deck after ordering off Swans defender Gary Monk.
