Deal not signed yet - Peters

Peters says he wants to be sure of commitment form the player, board and fans before he makes a long term commitment to the side.

He told the Shropshire Star: "The club have offered me a two-and-a-half year contract but I want to do first is make sure the commitment and determination from the players, supporters and directors is there to take the club further."

And Peters has been a busy boss over the past couple of days. He has been meeting individually with the players to gauge how they will fit in to the revolution.

Peters has also been spotted at reserve matches between Wolves and Liverpool, and Blackburn versus Bolton. Whether this is a signpost towards new signings remains to be seen.
