Shrews pounce for Geohaghon

Shrewsbury have completed the emergency loan signing of Exodus Geohaghon from Peterborough on a three-month deal. The towering 6ft 7in central defender has just completed a loan spell at Rotherham where he played 16 times in all competitions and will go straight into Shrews` squad for Tuesday night's clash at Crewe. Town manager Graham Turner told Town's official website: "We have had a little bit of an injury crisis ahead of this evening's game, especially in the defensive area. "Exodus Geohaghon is a player I've known of for a while and it's good to have him on board. "He has just completed a loan spell at Rotherham so should be up to match sharpness and fitness."
