Shrewsbury v Torquay

Torquay defender Mark Ellis has recovered from a foot injury and could be included in the squad.

Midfielder Damon Lathrope is out after injuring his ankle during his debut in the 1-0 win at Torquay in midweek.

Shrewsbury Town manager Graham Turner told BBC Radio Shropshire: "While we're disappointed to have picked up only one point in the last two games, we put in a couple of reasonable performances and confidence is high.

"A lot of the stuff we did at Wycombe and Port Vale was in keeping with the way we've played this season, so there's no need to panic.

"We work hard and we have players who can score, so we're not entirely dissatisfied with the way things are going at the moment."

Torquay United manager Paul Buckle told BBC Radio Devon: "I'm delighted with the performance levels, I think that's important and if they stay high then wins are only around the corner.

"We've been having a right go but we've just lacked a goal at important times.

"If someone had said to me we'd be sixth in the league after nine games I would have bit their hand off for that."
